Paul Seitz

Hello and welcome to my online office.  My name is Paul Seitz MSW, LCSW a licensed clinical social worker with 18 years professional counseling experience.

Has life changed and you haven’t?  Moved, married, divorced, job change, graduated or have a recent loss?  Do you feel you're losing ground; unable to cope; or keep up and you're feeling frustrated, anxious, or depressed?

Things that usually calmed you down or helped you relax aren’t working anymore?  I can help you not only get back on track but have the rewarding fulfilling life you always wanted.

My therapeutic approach focuses on client’s strengths and self-determination to ensure that individuals reach their maximum level of functioning.  Therapy does not have to be something one turns to only in times of crisis; rather it is an intelligent decision to be proactive in maintaining a rewarding life.

My approach begins with an assessment. Then within a brief treatment period, together we implement a care plan and I teach you skills to accomplish your goals. The plan is laid out in manageable steps and measurable goals.

I utilize a mixture of cognitive and behavioral therapy utilizing your strengths and build on your areas of limitations to enhance your life.

My experience includes community mental health, medical social work, private practice and administration in both the “for profit” and “not for profit” venues.
